Sudden Quick CPU Temp Spikes: A Frustrating and Puzzling Issue

When I tried to force exit the game and open Task Manager, I was unable to do so. This led me to suspect that I might have been infected with malware sometime in the past 20 days, possibly from a downloaded file.

After conducting further research and troubleshooting, I finally discovered that the issue was caused by a combination of factors, including my laptop's thermal design and the resource-intensive nature of modern games. While it took some trial and error to identify the root cause, I was eventually able to find a solution that worked for me.
